PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our website or services.

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "User"), and Vector Platinum ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website and any related pages, links, or services (collectively, the "Site") and the products/services we offer (the "Services").

1. The Service
Vector Platinum provides a subscription-based service that may include, without limitation:

• Access to our proprietary TradingView strategy and/or associated scripts, templates, alerts, and configuration resources (the "Strategy").
• Access to members-only community channels (the "Community"), if offered.
• Educational materials, documentation, setup guides, and support resources (the "Content").

You acknowledge that Vector Platinum is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not a financial advisory service.

2. User Registration and Accounts
To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account and/or provide information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
• Maintain and promptly update your information as needed.
• Maintain the security of your credentials and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

If access requires a TradingView username (or similar identifier), you agree to provide an accurate and valid username. Failure to provide correct details may result in delayed access or inability to access the Strategy.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
a. Checkout Provider. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Whop. Your purchase may also be subject to Whop's terms and policies.

b. Free Trial and Auto-Renewal. If you start a free trial, you must provide a valid payment method. You will not be charged during the trial period, but you authorize Whop to charge your payment method automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.

c. Recurring Billing. For recurring subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel.

d. Pricing and Taxes. Prices, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes (if any) are displayed at checkout and/or within Whop's purchase flow.

4. Cancellation
a. How to Cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop by signing into your Whop account and cancelling from your memberships/orders area.

b. Effective Date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will generally retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Refund Policy (No Refunds)
a. No Refunds. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, charge reversals, or credits, including for partially used billing periods, unused access time, accidental purchases, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction with results.

b. Trial for Suitability. We provide a 7-day free trial so that you can evaluate the Services before being charged. You are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not wish to be billed.

c. Exceptions. Any exceptions to this "no refunds" policy are at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site and the Strategy, including any code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (collectively, the "IP"), are owned by or licensed to Vector Platinum and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to derive source code or proprietary logic from the Strategy.
• Sharing, sublicensing, reselling, or distributing your access to the Strategy or related materials to any other person.
• Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works based on the Strategy or Content except as expressly permitted in writing.
• Using the Services for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may expose you to legal action.

7. Risk Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
a. No Financial Advice. Vector Platinum is not a registered investment adviser. The Services are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy or sell any security or instrument.

b. High Risk of Trading. Trading involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that you trade at your own risk and are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

c. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector Platinum and its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Site or Services in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive, or that interferes with or disrupts the Services.

If you access the Community (e.g., Discord), you agree to comply with all posted community rules, including refraining from harassment, hate speech, spam, and sharing illegal or inappropriate content.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement.

Upon termination, all licences and rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.

10. Third-Party Websites and Content
The Site may include links to third-party websites and services (including TradingView, Stripe, Whop, payment processors, community platforms, or documentation hosting). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time in our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
